Item was real bad quality, damaged upon wearing, asked for a refund, sent proof, zero reply!!

Hey, i recently bought a pack of 5 Adidas socks, the first issue was that the seller said in its description that the socks were one size fits all, turns out they wasn't! Second issue was that whilst trying to wear these socks to see if I could stretch out the material to get the fit I want, a hole in the material came out and within an hour of wearing the socks were damaged, how can I ask Ebay to investigate this issue?

If its still within 30 days of delivery start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

Do not use the reason "Doesn't fit".   That is classed as "change of mind" which the seller can refuse.
