Hello, can someone advise me please because this useless chat bot on eBay isn't giving me the option to email eBay or contact live chat. I sold an item on eBay using their packlink service with the courier Evri. It arrived to the buyer over a week late, the box smashed to hell and the item also broken and not working, despite me sending it boxed in perfect condition. The buyer has supplied photos. I've messaged Evri but no reply. Can't get through to eBay and packlink have just told me the item was delivered, so they've clearly not even bothered to read what I've told them. Buyer wants a refund. The money isn't in my account until after 16th. I feel like I'm getting nowhere with being helped. Thank you.

You are responsible for refunding the buyer and then you have to make a claim through Packlink.
Make sure you have photos of the damage. Use the link below to check your claim is eligible.

Hi, thank you for your reply. I've already done this but packlink just said the parcel has been delivered. Clearly didn't read about item being damaged.
