Item sold, buyer address wouldn't allow me to generate postage - so did it outside ebay

Hi, I sold an item and the sellers address had a '-' in the postcode - so eBay wouldn't allow me to create Evri postage within eBay. I wrongly went and bought it separate, send the item, it was delivered (I have tracking to confirm).

Because I didn't use it through eBay, I can't update the tracking info onto the item, so can't get paid. I've messaged the seller consistently but not reply (they have free items!).

I've checked every link I can find and there's no way to ask eBay to step in and release the funds, when i provide them the tracking details to confirm delivery. Can anyone help?

You may be able to edit and add the correct tracking details where you marked the item as dispatched  yourself,  use a laptop / PC and Chrome to do this.

If you cannot then contact eBay Customer Services they'll change those details for you.  Once tracking shoes delivery your payout will be released 2 days after that delivery date.  If tracking does not show delivery,  your payout will be released after 14 days.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
