Item sold, but now showing in 'unsold' section.

An item I had listed has just sold - it had numerous bids on from different bidders, but is not showing in the 'orders' section of my account.  Instead, it is showing in the 'unsold' section and 'to be relisted'.  When I go into the item listing it has all the usual "Your item sold" banners/messages etc, but there's just something not right.  Has this happened to anyone else?  Any advice/guidance?

Others have had this so seems to be an ebay glitch.   Leave it for tonight and see if it's sorted itself out by the morning.

Apparently there's a global technical issue with this, that members are experiencing, quite a few posts here about this,  sold items ending up in unsold listing or showing to be relisted too, you are not alone.

We have been told it should be sorted within 24 hours.  If not, I would contact eBay Customer Services see if they have any update on this.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Thank you - I spoke with customer support and they also said it's a known issue and will hopefully be resolved soon.
