Item shown as delivered but not delivered

So royal mail van pulls up outside our house .driver jumps out goes next door get back in van and goes ..all recorded on CCTV ..my item shows as delivered at about the time the royal mail vans was there and  I have CCTV evidence that he did not come to my house ..as usual no support from eBay and no communication from the seller...the limited eBay support page and blog says basically..tough *bleep* if royal mail show it delivered then that's that .no photo of handing it over or anything.tell you what stick with temu at least there stuff turns up.its the wild west with eBay and the royal mail..

Have you gone next door to ask if they by chance received your item?

Photos and cctv would not help your case with eBay,  as they only work with tracking showing delivery.

Have you checked RM's website Track & Trace , does it show the item was delivered?  It may say left at neighbour's ?
