I ordered an item I received the item, in a different colour, I now find this new situation. I cannot send it back as a photograph is required. Sadly I am a pensioner with no smartphone The item received in its original package unopened so in perfect condition as received to post back, Is this a new positioned as I have used eBay for years. I am at a loss. Please help. As eBay does not allow facilitate options to the buyer for this situation.. .
