so I sold a coat the buyer said they wanted a refund because it didnt fit even though im not responsible for the size of their body or how big river island make coats I wasnt sure what to do so I rang ebay they advised me to send a return label to the buyer which I did they immediately send the coat back when I tracked it with royal mail it said they had attempted to deliver it even though I was in and didn't get a red card so I checked the next day to see if they had redelivered it and it said no longer at this address returning to sender I emailed enay they got back and said they had closed tje case and refunded the seller because she had sent proof that royal mail had attempted to deliver I immediately rang ebay and explained they said because od a glitch in there system they had put the address I had registered with 21 years ago on the label so it had gone to the wrong address but because the case was closed they couldnt do anything they said ask the buyer I did and she said ebay are sorting everything now(she was awful all the way through this rediculousness) and wont do anything so now im left with nothing!
