Hi all,
I sold a few items last week, they have been received and positive feedback have been left, but items are marked as dispatch but not yet as delivered. I bought postage directly in the post office and was 2nd Class post no tracking.
I would appreciate your help. thanks in advance.

If you bought the postage direct from your Post office you need to now manually mark the item as dispatched.
Were they larger than letter sized items, then at the bottom of your proof of posting is a 16 digit number it's not a tracking number as such, but can show if an item has been delivered, enter that number where you mark the items as dispatched . Once it shows delivery, it should release any hold on your payout sooner .
You need to finalise the transaction now only on the Seller Hub here:
Go to Orders >> Awaiting Postage, click on the item then top left on View Order Details.
Far right from More Action drop down menu click on ' Mark as Dispatched' if you have it, add that 16 digit number there, too.

Hi @tressygirl,
Thank you for your help. I already marked item as dispatched and added tracking number, but still not showing as Delivered. There's a message from ebay saying that founds will be on hold until 2 December to make sure there's no issues with buyer. I guess at this point I'll have to wait until that date to see if the system mark the item as delivered.

eBay's tracking is notoriously slow to update, and I agree annoying when as a new seller payouts can be held for 21 days to ensure there's no issue with the buyer.
If you have tracking which has shown delivery it should release the payout sooner, if not say by mid week next week, you can contact eBay Customer Service, give them the tracking showing delivery, guide them to feedback left , and they may release your payout sooner.
This is the easiest and quicket way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
