Item purchased not showing on my account

Hi

I have recently purchased an item. It hasn’t arrived yet - although it probably should have done by now. I am unable to track the progress / delivery status as the item isn’t showing on my account. Other items that I have purchased and have received are showing on my account though, just not this one.  Any ideas? Thanks

It may be you were not signed into your account when you bought the item.

Check your personal emails that you have for your ebay account and if no email there check for spam email in case it is there.

All details on what to do if there is a problem should be on that email.

If you made this purchase as a ' Guest Purchase ' then nothing will show on your eBay account,  as it wasn't used to make the purchase.
