Item post, payment not received

Hi everyone, I sent the item and within 3 days it’s been received but eBay status not changing and my fund is on hold. Please advise me on this matter. Thank you

If the tracking on the courier's website is showing delivered you can contact ebay to get your money released using callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
Or if you can wait the money will be released anyway after 14 days.

Thank you I will wait because I have been trying to contact eBay but they don’t have any information for customer service
