Item not recieved case closed

Evri werent able to deliver my item and said it was being returned to the seller. The seller never received it and ebay closed the case. How do I get it reopened in order to get my money back?

If the case was closed you cannot open another with eBay for that item.

Did you pay with PayPal?  Open a case with them.  In your PayPal account on the left hand side select Resolve a Problem.  Escalate the case after 2 days and before 20 dys,  to start the refund process.

If PayPal was not used,  turn to your payment provider for help with this refund now.
