Item not received

Royal Mail have said item delivered to ESSO garage on 22 April went there but atendent  said he didn’t have it it must have gone to a Locker outside garage but you need a PIN code or QR number which I haven’t got? Whe is supposed to send me it I contacted seller he’s told me to contact eBay ??

any help would be appreciated.

Do you have the item number, so we can look into this? Can I just confirm with you as well if this was an order that was meant to be delivered to your place or a click & collect order?

Hello Marco,
It’s all ok, after I contacted Royal Mail they confirmed the delivery
location was correct I went back to the garage and spoke to another person
who found it, thanks very much.
