By Carrier do you mean a forwarding Company here in the UK?
I'm afraid that your seller will only post to the name and address you have registered as your delivery address in your eBay account. If they have posted the item, there is nothing they can do now to stop your item.
If they haven't yet posted the item, send them a message not to do so as the delivery address is wrong. They may accept aa new address nut more likely will wish to cancel the order, refund you and relist for you when you have the correct address amended.
Be aware when you purchase an item at checkout before paying look left and check the delivery address is correct. If not you can change it there and then.
Please check all your addresses are correct in your eBay account .
