Hi there, I have just experienced a very awkward situation, An item has been delivered from the courier, but no one in the house at that time, The delivery man has posted a proof of delivery picture showing the items in front of the front door which he was only left it outside the house even when no answer from the door, so I believe the parcel has been stolen after that, I thought they usually will lock on neighbours door to accept a parcel when they can’t get an answer from the delivery address, but they didn’t this time, and I have been report to the seller and eBay customer service for this case but sadly ebay.com close my case and saying I won’t get any refund or replacement, believe my money will be extinguish, has anyone experienced the same situation?
