Item not received and user unregistered

Hello, everyone. I have an issue i tried to resolve through help on ebay but i seem to go around in circles. I bought an item as a guest, during the process i actually used my login and password, I wasn't given any tracking information, it is already past delivery, item has not been received and the seller is unregistered now so i cannot contact them.  Item is not seen in my purchases as well, only in my email. What can or should i do ?

Here's how to claim as guest buyer:

However, when a seller's account is suspended it's often not possible to open a claim with ebay.   If that's the case you'll need to contact your payment provider and see if they can help with a refund.

Looks like your seller has been naughty enough in their selling standards for eBay to remove them from their site.

 

Do not worry, if you paid through eBay checkout , and are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery, your money is safe,   you just need eBay Customer Services help to open that case for item not received for you,  to receive a full refund.

On the left sidebar you can see Have us Call you or Chat with Our Automated Assistant.

 

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 .m.

On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
