Ebay shows the a postage label has been generated but the USPS tracking shows it is yet to receive this CD.

How is this possible? - See attached screenshot

I assume you are the buyer.

Tracking, although helpful, is not that important as a buyer.

You can open item not received case 1 - 30 days after estimated delivery date, escalate on day 4.

As item is non UK, may take a bit longer, but do not let seller delay you opening case within the 30 days,

better to do it earlier.
