Item not paid

Hi,

An item hasn't been paid for with no response to my messages about payment etc so I cancelled the order after 3.5 days.

The same bidder has bid on the relisted item.

Are they a BOT or hacker etc?

How do I proceed?

They had 8 feedbacks but now 9.

An Unpaid Item cancellation has to be issued after 4 complete days.   More info:

you cancelled too early, what reason did you use to cancel?

Buyers have 4 complete days to pay.

You can't cancel using the reason 'buyer did not pay' until day 5.

There is no need to message buyers to remind them to pay - Ebay send an invoice and then reminders.

Cancelling while buyers are still within the timeframe allowed to pay is inviting bad feedback from disappointed buyers.
