Hi.  I ordered a pair of navy size 6 women's chelsea boots.  Received today.  Boots as shown in photos but they are enormous, definitely not women's size 6, but more a men's size 6 and actually look like men's boots in reality.  Returns are not accepted.  Contacted seller and she told me to resell them.  There are definitely men's boots so are wrongly advertised.  What do I do please?

Start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Item doesn't match description".   Do not use "Doesn't fit", the seller can refuse that.     Escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.
