I bought a Legend of Zelda BOTW Switch cartridge last week and it arrived today. The item was labelled as the cartridge and the case but only the cartridge arrived. I contacted the seller and they said it was a mistake and the case was an additional £5 charge.
I don't want to send the product back as it is fine, but I made the purchase under the impression I would get the case too. The seller told me the only thing he could offer was a return and a refund.
I want either a refund for the item and the postage or for the seller to send the case, but I'm not sure how to proceed or who to contact about this as there is no customer service number or email, and the options for help aren't relevant to my issue. I also can't attach any screenshots as the file type isn't supported.

If it was clearly labelled as the cartridge and the case and only one part arrived, you are entitled to a full refund.
Don't rely on the seller sending the missing part, as they may waver, waste time and you will exceed the time to claim your refund, just proceed this way .....
The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund, if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you. If they don't , need to escalate the case, ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.
Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early, and do not forget to escalate.

Problem is I want to keep the item, but I made the purchase because it was listed as both the cartridge AND the case, and it was a reasonable price. All other items listing both items are higher than this.

Unless seller is willing to part refund (which ebay won't help with), then you can either keep it or return for full refund.
