Item is relisted early.

I have a number of listings up for ten days. E-bay relisted them all with 4 days to go. Ebay has just again relisted one of these relisted items with 5 days to go. 

I have had no communication as to why, just a notification that the item has been successfully relisted. 

I haven't requested a relisting so don't understand why this is happening. It must be really frustrating for any potential buyers to see listings end early.

Has anybody experienced this before or does anybody have any idea what may be causing it?

I can see 6 items listed. As you would appear to have had a break from selling ebay is probably treating you like a new seller and automatically relisting auction for 10 days. Normally Auctions are not relisted automatically but see below as it says you relisted.

Looking at the one today, it appears to have been a 10 day listing, but it does say relisted by SELLER. It is not possible to see when this listing was first listed, although you may be able to see this information

The latest relisting has just been one item that was relisted today.
It was not relisted by myself but by eBay directly and I have no idea why. It was due to finish at the same time as all my other listings (approximately)so it has been ended and relisted about 5 days early.
All the other listings were also relisted by eBay about 5 or 6 days into a 10 day listing with no intervention from myself and I have no idea why.
You’re right I haven’t listed for a while, but I’m very unimpressed by the current format as this recent experiences.
