Item has been Delivered but not showing up as delivered

My Buyer has received their Item which I sent Tracked 48 but it’s not showing up on Ebay, i uploaded the Tracking No when it was posted.  From what I understand Ebay release the Funds 2 days after an Item has been delivered now but if it’s never going to show up as Delivered how can I get the Funds released.

If it's showing as delivered on the postal online website then ebay can release the funds for you if you ask them eBay Customer Service

Ebay's own tracking system hasn't been working for a few weeks now but they are aware.

Thanks for the message but unfortunately it’s now showing up on the Royal Mail Website either, it just says We are Expecting it.

If it doesn't update then you will have to wait 14 days for your money!
