Item has apparently be sild to 2 different buyer's

I post an item I wished to sell and apparently it has been sold to 2 different buyers. I have contacted the second buyer to inform him of this error and advised him to refrain from sending any payment.  Ebay has charged me twice for the insertion fee and twice for the buy it now listing fee.  Can anyone advise me how to recover the second fees

Your motorbike sold twice because it was listed twice.

Did you have a non payer and forgot to cancel the listing?  You need to cancel the order after 4 days of non payment citing Buyer Has Not Paid this will refund you any seller fees too.

Whatever happened you did list it twice as the title heading is slightly different so is the main photo.

Listing fees are non refundable you will have to pay both fees.
