When did you receive the item?  Ebay's money back guarantee, which is the only help they provide, only lasts for 30 days from delivery.

I got it 18th October  I wrote to them after 30th October it was  faulty after that date so cannot be used  cost £25-99  and I cannot use it   P DANIEL

You are too late to use the ebay MBG. 

If the blanket failed after the 30 day window you would have to contact the seller, and it can sometimes be impossible to get them to help, as you have found.

Try your card issuer, or payment provider.

I wouldn't be sending it back only it is FAULTY   it was just as 4 wks up  I have been trying to send it back since nov 1st     nobody  wants to help ...  cost £25-99     which I could not afford no cannot get a REFUND OR REPLACEMENT  SO WHO ELSE WILL HELP ..P DANIEL

As advised above, try your card issuer as you may be able to instigate a chargeback.
