Item description missing

Have read through some of the other Q & A's but my problem is that I can't see any descriptions for certain products, not all but most. The box is blank (this is when I'm looking to buy items). Been using eBay for years, it's never happened before, just this last week or so. I'm using Win 10, Chrome (up to date) I've  cleared cache and followed a few other on line suggestions but no luck? Has anyone any suggestions please.

There are quite a few posts about this - the description is missing when you look at items.

I am sure Ebay are aware and hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Have you tried this one ?

 

Try temporarily disabling Ad Block Plus.

 

Seems to be helping some ! 🤔

Thanks for the tag.

 

As @tressygirl has already mentioned I have seen the removal of the add blocker plus (recently updated) is resolving this for users.

Will flag it with tech on my end.

@0162willrob can you try disabling the add blocker to see if it resolves it for you?

Well Kat, it seems to have worked on a quick look - I'll see what happens
