Item description entry

I've tried to list an item today and when I go to the Item Description section, it won't work properly. It has always been slow to accept my text input but still useable. But now, it's so slow that even entering one letter or even a space takes so long that it's unusable. 

The page layout has changed slightly too. There is another box called Condition Description which fortunately does work properly, so I've entered my item description in there. But the Item Description is a required field, so I've had to let the AI fill it in. Needless to say, it's rubbish and will put buyers off. It won't even let me amend it, not without it taking forever I mean.

What on earth has gone wrong? I've tried downloading the app again and that didn't work, neither does using Chrome or Samsung Internet, (When using Chrome, the keyboard won't appear to enter the security code) and I can't find the toggle for mobile/desktop anymore. The Seller hub toggle makes no difference, the same problems. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Ace 7 which has always been fine until yesterday. 

Even writing this out was problematic, because when I tried to enter a title, that won't work properly either. This box did thank God.

Sorry to hear this, but I've just checked and our site seems to be working ok on both versions (desktop and mobile web/app). I'm afraid, that this issue might be related to the browser of your device, or the device itself. I recommend restarting it, clearing caches and cookies to see if that helps, and making sure your internet connection is both fast and stable. You can also use it in landscape mode, so you have a better visibility in your screen.
