Item delivered to collection point but no QR code generated

Hi my item was delivered but qr code not generated phoned ebay but they told me its seller responsibility to provide qr which i think its not true only was given ecp code but shop need qr code so they can scan how can i solve this problem ?

Take a peek through your eBay messages, email and your order details,  if the code is not there,  contact Customer Services,  they will provide this essential code for you.  Remember,  you have 7 days to pick up your item,  from the time you were notified that it's in store.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

The shop needs the ecp number to be on the package then they scan it and generate the code for the buyer to use to collect.

Sometimes a shop will scan the ecp from the buyer which will generate a code but still need the code to release the item.

Ebay's advisor is not correct.
