Item delivered personally to buyer but eBay asking me to scan a QR code for collection

Hello, just wondered if anyone else experiencing this problem.

I personally delivered a chair to a customer and feedback received however eBay asking me to scan a QR collection code. The seller didn’t want to collect the item, hence asking me to deliver it. Order is showing as paid and ‘post now’ looking unprofessional on my part. There is no option to mark as delivered and I can’t find the receive a call back option in the Help section anymore. The bot can’t help me either!! Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Although he didn't collect it, because it was listed for collection when he paid he would have been given the code. You should have asked for that before handing the chair over, you can always ask now.

Thank you; at the time the messaging system was playing up also but I’ll ask the buyer as it seems to be working now
