Item delivered but tracking says in transit

My buyer has re lived the item and left very positive feedback but tra king still says in transit. Ebay won't release funds until it is delivered. Can the buyer mark it as delivered?

No, there's nothing the buyer can do.   If the tracking doesn't update ebay will hold the payment for 14 days but you will get it after that.   Or as a new seller ebay may hold it for 30 days but if they're going to do that it would happen regardless of the tracking.
