Item delivered but showing as pending, how do I update to get paid

How can I tell eBay the parcel has been delivered? I have proof from buyer? In order to release funds ?

You will get paid 48 hours after tracking shows deliver.

Add the tracking to your 'orders' if you have not done so already.

Ebay rely on tracking, not proof from your buyer.

Feedback from a buyer does not count in releasing funds early unless the item is of a value of £10 or less,  this to be fully functionable by end of February, only tracking proves delivery and releases your payout 2 days after that delivery date.

With no tracking the payout is held for 14 days.
