I bought an vinyl record it is still in the plastic but it has visible damage to it this wouldn't be that big a deal only it was £160 I paid for buyers protection. I contacted the seller they said it was in mint condition when they despatched it and sent photos and said it must have been damaged in transit however the external package has no visible damage to it. The sellers photos they posted, in fairness aren't actually close enough or in enough detail to make any direct comparison at the points of damage, how to I go about getting my money back if I paid for buyers protection
