Item condition of 'used' not available when listing an item for sale

Hi

I'm trying to list a couple of electric toothbrush chargers on eBay but the condition of 'used' is not available in the drop down. You can only select from New, New Other or For parts or not working?

Similar products have been listed as 'used' with the present listings so I'm sure what's going on.

If eBay don't make the condition 'used' available for listing then you cannot sell it.

You can only sell new toothbrush chargers on the site.

People who have listed used ones may have listed them in the wrong category.

Choices are new or new/other - both categories mean a new, unused item - unless you want to list as parts only.

Ok, found the answer, change the category!

Don't list in the wrong category to beat the system.

If your items get reported, they will be removed.

Yes, figured you get 'Used' by fiddling with the category but decided to use the correct one and accept the condition 'parts only'
