Please could someone tell me how to issue a refund from seller, the item was delivered in January 2025 so when I go to the order the only thing in the 3 dots or drop down box is "VIEW PAYMENT DETAILS" refund buyer does not appear.
January 2025 ? --- after this time, nothing can be done through eBay as buyer is well out of time for refund/s --- not necessary, so why are you trying to refund at this late stage (unless under guarantee perhaps)??. Between yourselves now.
