I'm based in the UK and don't ship internationally. I had one order in May and another in July that I had to cancel using the reason "Issue with buyer's address," as both buyers had used postcodes that don't exist. Neither of them lives in the UK, and they were unable to provide an alternative postcode. If I have to cancel another order using the same reason will my account be restricted?

No, your account will not be affected. It's an option designed to protect sellers so does not go against you for doing that.

Were they international post codes? I can't see any international postage methods or prices on your listings.
Block any countries or regions that you don't want to ship to here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf
Set your Buyer Requirements with this page, tick the box that says 'Block buyers whose primary delivery address is in a location I don't post to, then the box that says 'Apply above settings to active and future listings', then click on the tiny Submit link, bottom left of this page:
https://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences
Once you've done that, if there's no postage price and method to their country, it blocks bidders.
This will only be applied to any fixed price Buy It Now listings you have up and running, it will not be applied to Auction style listings that are currently live, only to future ones.

I'm not enrolled into the Global Shipping Programme so I don't ship internationally. Buyers should be providing UK addresses. I assume that both of these buyers wanted the items posting to forwarders, but when searching for these postcodes on Google Maps no locations are found. However this isn't related to my original question.
If I have to cancel another order using 'Issue with buyer's address' will my account be restricted?
