Issue with return

I am having an issue with a return, I have been sent the QR code and label pre paid to return item, since then I have had a message from the company stating that the return address is having issues and I need to pay for my own return and they will reimburse me my full refund and my postage, the issue I am having is a don’t trust this I need help from eBay as I don’t know of this is legit or if this is a scam? Has anyone else had an issue with returning items

You should stick to whatever details have been supplied via ebay on your return case.    It only needs show attempted delivery for ebay to refund your money.     If you have any more problems with it contact ebay using callback on here:
