Hi, my buyer had extra letters added in the end of their postcode which causing me a problem generating postage label post the item out. I have contacted the buyer and asked them to correct it, so they have, but I still see the post code with that UK in the end. Have anyone had similar problem? What’s the best way to resolve it? Will the system pick up the new post code eventually and pass it on so I am able to get the postage? I’m supposed to post it out by tomorrow. thanks
I doubt it, best to deal with postage yourself and cancel useless label.
Seller posts to address they give you, so whatever buyer does it will not change the address you must use, but of course you can change any silly mistakes with post code.
