Issue with global shipping programme

I’ve sent a package which was signed for and received at the hub, but several days later has still not been sent on to the customer. They have received confirmation of delivery to the hub, and are understandably concerned. Package has been at the hub for 3 days. How long does it normally take for packages to be sent for delivery from the GSP hub?

It's normally around 3 days but can be longer so I wouldn't worry just yet.   As the tracking shows delivery to the UK hub you're covered for any loss in transit further along the line but hopefully it won't come to that.
