Is any one else losing sales because eBay is quoting dates after Christmas despite this not being the case. It has been going on and off since at least Saturday. I keep reporting it but to no avail. So despite me setting it to same day dispatch with 24 hour tracked Royal Mail it is saying the items suggested delivery date is around the 27th (too late for Christmas). I changed some of my deliveries this morning to Evri next day and it gave the 18th but now that has also changed to the 27th. I sell toys so this is my peak time it has cost me a lot in sales. I think there will be lots of people losing business but not even realising why as I only stumbled across it by chance.
It is not only affecting me as I have checked loads of other sellers items and it is the same lead time.
