Hello, I have an issue with tracking shipments sent via the Global Shipping Programme. The parcels have been delivered to the eBay HUB (GSP, Unit 3 Dove CL, Fradley Pk, LICHFIELD), as confirmed by EVRi tracking. However, on eBay, the shipments are still marked as "in transit," and there is no update regarding a new tracking number for the final delivery to the customer.
An item sold on 7th February is still unconfirmed as delivered, as the eBay tracking has stalled. eBay has not responded to my message, and I now have two such parcels with the same issue.
