Issue with Postage

Can anyone tell me how to override Simple automated delivery labels? I have posted 4 items together, refunded postage to buyer and sent a parcel outside of Ebay. I have the tracking details but can’t find anywhere to fill in because of the Simple Automated delivery

You have to at least get the extra items to show as dispatched.   To do that you need to generate the original prepaid labels.   The cost of the unused postage will be refunded tothe buyer within 30 days so sounds like they'll get that twice.  Without tracking for the secondary items the payment will be released in 14 days.
