Issue in wise account attaching with ebay

My ebay business account is attached with Payoneer for payouts but Payoneer account is blocked now and I want to connect my wise business account with my ebay but there is no option for wise or other bank when I try to list my first listing. Kindly help me someone thank you

It depends on whether you want to sell on the UK or US site.    Google for acceptable banks for either one.

I want to sell in UK market but in my account there is no other bank showing

You are in Pakistan and likely to encounter various and continuing difficulties if using an eBay UK registered account to sell --- Acceptable and Verified UK Banking account details with valid UK Addresses are now required for sending/receiving payments in the UK site. ___ Payoneer  is not accepted.

Default UK 20% VAT Import / Export shipping rules are also applied.
