Hi I can enter my account wich is made in uk and I leved few years abroad, but now I have moved back to uk, and I am trying to place bid on item byt it's not allowing me.

Your account may have been locked for security reasons as you haven't used it for a long time.

You can either contact ebay customer services and ask what to do, or start again with a brand new account.  You will need a different email address to set up the new account.
