You do not have to use eBay labels I never have.
Just pack and take the item addressed with the name and address eBay provided for you when the buyer paid, on the delivery order for the item, post to no other, and take it to your nearest Post Office.
Pay for over the counter postage, and keep the proof of postage they give you, somewhere safe for at least 6 months.
Then, you finalise the transaction this way, and only on the Seller Hub here:
Go to Orders >> Awaiting Postage, click on the item then top left on View Order Details.
Far right from More Action drop down menu click on ' Mark as Dispatched' if you have it, add any tracking number there too.

I have never used eBay's labels , and sorry I have no knowledge of inpost services.
I just take my parcels to my little local Post Office, they appreciate any customer to help them stay in business! Buy over the counter postage, and the proof of postage receipt they provide, this you need to keep somehwre safe for at least 6 months, this can help any future item not received cases, or chargebacks.

As said you need a printer to use the inpost service, you could use Royal Mail tracked 48 where they will collect from you and bring a printed label or take to a Post Office and have them print the label for you.

If you select Royal Mail as postage option when listing items, you can just write address on parcel and take it PO.
Or as advised, opt for postie to collect and supply label.
