I have sold 2 items to one buyer. They have asked if I can combine postage, which I am happy to do. Both items are simple delivery with prepaid labels. How does the buyer get a refund for the unused postage if I post both items together using just one label. As far as I can see, I can't refund the money because the postage has gone straight to ebay.
Can anyone help please? I am relatively new to ebay and can't find the answer on their help site.

Another example of how nothing works properly.
You will have to void the unused label to get a refund, but must bear in mind that tracked postage will only prove delivery of one item, meaning release of money will take longer and buyer could open a not received case to get a refund.
If you had bought postage yourself, one tracking number could be used for both items, and would prove delivery of both.

OP is using simple delivery, So did not pay for postage and can't void label.
Opt out of SD ASAP.

Thanks for the replies @tobiasd4 and @john1297576. I thought simple delivery was simple - it seems not!!
Is it an option to cancel one of the orders and relist the item with free postage? Assuming the buyer will buy it again, of course!
Or, if I only use one prepaid label, does ebay offer the buyer a refund for the unused one?
