Is it possible to refund an item after the 30 day period?

Hello everyone,

I purchased a game which was advertised as an Ultimate Version. Which offered some bonus features at a premium that are not available in the standard versions. This game has an Online mode and a Story mode. After receiving the game, I have been playing the online mode for a while, but it wasn't until I erectly began the story mode that I realised the discs inside the game were the standard version and not as advertised. This was after the 30 day period?

The seller is not being cooperative, is there anything I can do to get a refund/resolution?

It's too late for ebay but try contacting your payment provider.   Depending on how you paid they might issue refund or do a chargeback.
