Can anyone suggest i can hire an account manger from outside of the UK. If I do will that be a IP issue if he login from his own country to mange listing and selling on my account . Can please someone explain me in details.

 eBay UK does not directly provide account managers, but third-party agencies can help with account management.

Why would a private account need an account manager.

Correctly upgrade to business seller or ebay can suspend you.
