New updated version of ebay will not load on my iphone

Just this morning I was listing an item and when trying to transfer the pics from my iphone 7 it said I had to update but it said as I had the older system I had to use the one i was on which is fine ,But it now wont load without telling me i have to be on a higher OS type than I have .Does anyone know if there is a problem at the moment .I appreciate my phone is old but it has worked fine till this morning .I can still get things on the sysytem but this means emailing them across etc which is a pain .Any help would be appreciated .

New versions of updates like the version 10 for android devices are now required, and IOS 7 is probably to old to take the new iphone updates for ebay either

Hi Thanks for the reply .My phone is an IPHONE 7 but I am on IOS 15.8.3. not IOS 7  soryy for any confusion

The lastest update for the iphone is iOS 18.3
