Invoicing

I am unable to send any invoices at all, be it for combined shipping or international postage. I have found the new 'hidden' combined postage button on my managing payment page but no matter what I write on the invoice, when I press send, it says that there's an error. So so frustrating, can anyone help please

There  are ongoing site issues with the combined invoice system,and ebay are aware.

They can't say when the tech team will get it up and running,but it has been a few weeks now.

the Global Shipping Programme
