Invoicing buyers

Are any other sellers and buyers experiencing difficulties with sending invoices and paying for items? I have been experiencing these problems since 22nd March 2025 with no light at the end of the tunnel.

Combined postage invoices are not working at the moment.    It's all in a state of flux while ebay change everything over to Simple Delivery.   They've said they are working to fix combined postage in conjunction with SD.   In the meantime buyers have to pay full price and the seller issue a partial refund.
