International customer being blocked by ebay

A lady I USA wants to bid on my item but is being blocked by eBay because it says "cannot be shipped abroad".  I am happy to post to USA and have already given the lady a quote.  What should she do?  What should I do? Please help

Which item is being blocked?

If the dolls house perfume sets,  I wonder, if the perfume description is indicating to a bot that a liquid might be travelling across the Golden Pond and so blocking the item?

Have you tried sending a revised invoice with the correct postage, see here:

Go right of the item sold to More Actions, and select Send payment Details, amend the International postage there to that required,  but do not click on reset.  Check it is correct,  and send .

If you are on the Seller Hub,  you click on the item in Orders >>  Awaiting Payment,  then top left you will see send Invoice,  follow the above instructions.

You will need a laptop / PC for this not the app or mobile browser.

Has lady placed a bid yet?

It would help if you added the cost of postage to the USA on your listing. 

From looking at one of your listings, virtually anyone anywhere can bid, but without postage cannot pay.

Thankyou for helping me, i didnt realise i had to set it all up on each listing. I thought people could automatically bid🤣🤣 but ive got it all sorted out now. Thanks🙂
