The issue with selling overseas is that, if the buyer opens a claim saying the item is not as described, you are responsible for paying for tracked postage to get the item back.
That can be expensive and difficult - if you can't find a way of buying a label, you may find that you have to send payment for postage to the buyer before they return the item, and hope they are honest.
